MD was created with the intention to support both domestic and foreign investors and local partners strategic advantage that the MD has extensive knowledge of the market Costa Rica.

To achieve its objectives, MD maintains a permanent monitoring of trends industry, as part as a member of The Urban Land Institute in the United States, relying on both an extensive network of domestic and foreign consultants, all experts in interdisciplinary concerning real estate development.
